Kurt Scooby’s Story
Born in Duarte, California, Kurt “Scoob” Scoby grew up in an environment where survival was often the priority. With his grandmother as his guiding light, he learned early on the value of resilience. After her passing, life took unexpected turns—exposing him to hardships that shaped his path.
From finding solace on the football field to becoming a top-ranked high school athlete, Kurt’s journey was filled with both triumphs and trials. A devastating injury at Fresno State threatened his dreams, but instead of giving up, he found a new purpose—boxing.
By 2019, Kurt transformed himself, dropping from 215 to 152 pounds, winning the California Golden Gloves, and turning professional in 2020. Now training out of the legendary Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn, NY, and boasting an undefeated record, Kurt is on a mission to take over the boxing world.
Beyond the ring, Kurt is a father, a leader, and a symbol of perseverance. His story is one of redemption, proof that no matter where you come from, you have the power to forge your own destiny.

Levels of Care

A 3-10 day program that provides a safe, medically supervised environment to get through any painful or dangerous withdrawal symptoms.
2. Inpatient Treatment
A 20-25 day program that provides intensive clinical therapy to treat substance abuse in a residential setting.
3. Partial Hospitalization
Program (PHP)
Treatment in a supervised setting with more freedom than inpatient care, allowing clients to start applying recovery skills in daily life.
4. Intensive Outpatient
Program (IOP)
A short, intensive program that provides support while allowing clients to gradually return to their daily routines.
5. Outpatient Program (OP)
A less version of IOP, lasting about 1 hour a day, helping clients maintain support while returning to daily life.
6. Sober Living
Sober living offers a supportive residence where clients can live independently in a safe, structured environment alongside sober peers.
