We have been clouded by the conditioning of our upbringing, life experiences, and so on. To undo some of the conditioning, reach our authentic self, and radiate at a higher plane may lead to healing, and if not, it shall lead to our genuine self making the determination of what is best for our healing. My intent is to be a tiny part of moving you into that direction.”
On a more personal note: Alina truly believes in how much growth there has been and there is yet to be in the world of science, and she is also highly spiritual. Alina has shared that she has dealt with an extensive amount of hardships in her lifetime, and has thus become a huge fan of people like Thich Nhat Hanh, Richard Schwartz, and Carl Jung. What she has learned, experienced, in combination with her own healing to an extent, her faith, and her beliefs makes her passionate about sharing concepts through therapy that she hopes will work for you.

Residential inpatient depression treatment is a structured, evidence-based level of care designed to help individuals manage moderate to severe depression in a safe, supportive residential setting. Treatment focuses on improving mood, restoring energy, and building long-term coping skills through therapy, routine, and clinical support.
Most major insurance plans provide coverage for residential inpatient depression treatment. Our team can verify your benefits and help you understand exactly what services are included in your coverage.
Bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, and any approved medications. Many clients also choose to bring personal items such as a journal, book, or comforting belongings that support relaxation and emotional well-being during treatment.
Each day includes structured individual and group therapy sessions, therapeutic activities, wellness routines, and time for rest in a calm, supportive environment designed to help improve mood and stability.
The length of treatment varies based on your individual needs, symptom severity, and recovery goals. Your care team will create a personalized treatment plan and adjust it as progress continues.
Daily care often includes evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based support, and skill-building approaches to help manage depressive symptoms.
After completing residential inpatient depression treatment, many clients continue with outpatient therapy, step-down care, and aftercare planning to help maintain progress and support long-term emotional wellness.
That is completely okay. Depression can make it difficult to take the first step, and our team works at your pace to help you feel supported, comfortable, and ready to engage in treatment.
Residential inpatient programs offer the highest level of care, with clients receiving 24/7 treatment at a facility. Outpatient programs are a great option for people needing a lower level of care who can leave the treatment center and go home at the end of their daily sessions.
Get evidence-based treatment in a peaceful location, with a team of dedicated, expert staff.
