Effective treatment for addiction, founded by people who have been through recovery.
Renaissance Recovery near Miami is not a religious program, but we deeply respect the role that faith and spirituality can play in addiction recovery. Our faith-inclusive rehab approach creates space for clients to explore their beliefs—whether rooted in religion, spirituality, or personal values—within a supportive clinical setting.
Many of our clients find strength in prayer, reflection, or reconnecting with a higher purpose as part of their healing journey. Others focus on personal development and mindfulness. At Renaissance Recovery, we welcome both. Our team—many in recovery themselves—offers compassionate, evidence-based support to help clients build a meaningful life in sobriety.

Many people enter treatment feeling disconnected—from themselves, their loved ones, or a deeper sense of purpose. At Renaissance Recovery, we help clients rediscover meaning in their lives by creating space for healing through evidence-based therapy, emotional growth, and self-reflection. Whether you draw strength from spirituality, community, or personal resilience, we’ll support you in building a sober, purpose-driven life grounded in clarity and connection.
For those who choose a faith-based approach, spirituality can serve as a powerful anchor in recovery. Clients may explore themes like acceptance, shame, and forgiveness through therapeutic and reflective practices. Those who resonate with 12-Step support often reconnect with a higher power, while others may deepen mindfulness or spiritual identity in a way that aligns with their values. No matter your path, your beliefs are respected—and your healing is our priority.
Renaissance Recovery welcomes clients who value a spiritual or faith-based approach. While we are not a religious program, we provide space for those who wish to incorporate prayer, mindfulness, or connection to a higher power into their recovery. Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care—whether PHP, IOP, or OP—and spiritual elements can be added based on personal preference.
A faith-friendly rehab integrates optional spiritual practices into a foundation of clinical care. At Renaissance Recovery, this means clients can engage in values-based therapy, 12-Step support, or personal reflection while also receiving evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. The goal is to support the whole person—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—without prescribing any one belief system.
Our program is designed to respect both perspectives. We offer highly structured, evidence-based treatment with the flexibility to include spiritual components for those who find it meaningful. Family members can trust that each client’s care plan is built around their unique needs and preferences, grounded in professional expertise.
No. Unlike residential programs, Renaissance Recovery specializes in outpatient and aftercare services. Clients live off-site and attend structured therapy during the day or evening. Those who want to explore faith-based elements can do so through optional 12-Step meetings, journaling, spiritual mentoring, or mindfulness work—all within a clinically led program.
Many clients find that spiritual reflection helps them make sense of past experiences, reconnect with core values, and build a deeper sense of purpose. Whether it’s prayer, meditation, or simply exploring meaning in life, these practices can support emotional growth and reinforce long-term sobriety when paired with professional counseling and peer support.
Not at all. We welcome clients of all belief systems and backgrounds. Spirituality at Renaissance Recovery is completely optional and client-driven—it can mean connecting with a higher power, grounding yourself in personal values, or focusing on self-growth. No religious affiliation is required.
Treatment length varies based on individual needs and level of care. Many clients begin with PHP and gradually transition to IOP or OP as they progress. Throughout treatment, those who value spiritual support can continue integrating reflective practices that align with their recovery goals.
At Renaissance Recovery, we’re committed to helping individuals reach their full potential and build brighter futures.
